These Google Pay Terms & Conditions (“Google Pay Terms”) govern the use of a River-linked Spend Card with Google Pay.

By adding or using a Spend Card with Google Pay, you agree to these Google Pay Terms, River Limited’s legal policies, and Google’s applicable terms.

1. Google Pay Service

Google Pay is a digital wallet service operated by Google LLC.
River Limited does not own, control, or operate Google Pay.

2. Eligibility and Availability

Google Pay availability depends on:

• Device and operating system compatibility

• Regional support

  River Limited does not guarantee availability in all locations.

3. Data Handling and Tokenization

When using Google Pay:

• Card credentials are tokenized

• Sensitive card data is managed by Google and the Issuing Partner

• River Limited does not store wallet credentials

4. Transactions and Authorization

Google Pay transactions are subject to:

• Google Pay systems

• Merchant acceptance

• Issuing Partner authorization

5. Suspension or Removal

Google or the Issuing Partner may suspend or remove cards from Google Pay:

• For security or compliance reasons

• Without prior notice

6. Limitation of Liability

River Limited disclaims liability for losses caused by:

• Google Pay service interruptions

• Device issues

• Third-party failures

7. Governing Law

These Google Pay Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
